Johnson, Esq.
Director & Instructor
Ms. Johnson is an attorney and partner at the law firm of Karlinski &
Johnson, LLC, specializing in all aspects of commercial and residential real
estate. Kristen brings a unique perspective to class and is dedicated to
instructing students on not only the material in the book, but practical
knowledge as well.
® Sallye A. Nordling
Broker Associate
Ms. Nording is a Broker Associate with the firm of Carrier Sotheby's
International Realty in Brigantine Beach. Specializing in all phases of
residential brokerage for over 30 years. Sallye is a Past President of the local
board as well as serving as a National Director. She actively participates on
Local, State and National committees. As an instructor, she shares her expertise
and knowledge of Real Estate with her students.
® Joe Danski
Mr. Danski is experienced Real Estate associate, broker/manager. Joe owned and operated his own Real Estate Office servicing the Ocean County Area. As an instructor, Joe has over 15 years of Real Estate experience offering a wealth of knowledge to all his students. He is committed to his students during and after classes with any questions or concerns involving Real Estate.
® Carol Page
Ms. Page is a licensed Real Estate Broker whose career spans over 20
years to include her GRI & ABR designations. She has been a member of
the Distinguished Sales Club and NJAR Circle of Excellence for 10
consecutive years. As a past member of Monmouth County Professional
Standards Board for 5 years Carol has a strong belief in ethics and
education.
® Bonnie McBride
Ms. McBride is an experienced Broker/manager. Bonnie has owned and
operated her own real estate office serving Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer, and
Burlington Counties. Bonnie has held a series 6 & 7 license as well as
various other skills and experience that she brings to the classroom.
